My goal today is to be a part of an initiative of the Salvation Army. There's a soup kitchen under a bridge every Friday evening and tonight- it will include me! There's a whole group of folks that gather and meets some really basic needs of folks right here in our city- often forgotten.
Here's to friday, service, Jason and Conner coming to town with baby Ruby Jane and SLEEPING IN tomorrow!
UPDATE:
The Salvation Army doesn't need me! They're all full on volunteers. Guess I will keep my eyes peeled for ways to serve people. May I help you somehow? :)
