My goal for Friday (aka, my "Its Your Birthday and We're an Awesome Company, so Take it Off" day) was singular. It was to spend the whole day in bed/at home. It sure sounds good... at first.
I failed.
Besides being WAY too A.D.D. for that, I had to make a necessary trip to the ole DMV to keep myself legal on the open road. I couldn't very well sit around all day. I tried. I got a headache.
So, I treated myself to a solo viewing of "Julie and Julia" (complete with gummy bears) and then whisked away to my birthday party (a few days early!) My roomies and friends threw me the most fun "Mad Men" themed party and I just can't wait to share pix!
I feel quite loved... and squirmy, really. :)
