sometimes i get a knot in my stomach when i think of choices, responsibilities, and sacrifices that must take place.
tonight i have a knot. a big one. the kind that won't really be gone for a month or more.
gah!
here's one good thing: i feel great! some choices are really gratifying and my health choices of late fall squarely into that category. feels right nice.
oh man- there's the knot again.
