Did you have another fall? You know when you are older you are doomed. I think this is a good idea. Please let me be an editor although my writing skills are terrible. I am sure the way that you write it, I would be doubled over laughing.
You could always included a dvd in the jacket cover. Visual aids are always a bonus.
